Disappointing service with poor internal communication. I appointed Slade Legal to sort out a Probate case and they were incredibly slow at sorting out the details, even forgetting they were dealing with the case for a 5 month period. It seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and numerous times I found myself having to correct the of case details or even of my relationship to the deceased. It's quite upsetting when they refer to your grandmother as your mother.I lodged an official complaint, but it turns out the solicitor dealing with my case was the 'complaints department' so never got a response. I'd recommend you look anywhere else but here for a solicitor.
