Didn't turn up to first appointment as they had double booked. Booked work in for a Friday afternoon knowing full well what the job entailed and then turned up and said they couldn't complete that work on a Friday and couldn't wait to get out the door.On the third attempt they never showed again and said it was booked for tomorrow. Avoid unless you have time to waste.
Always have been helpful. Our Vaillant boiler developed an ear-splitting squeal. A1 engineer couldn't fix it but they referred the fault to Vaillant and an engineer replaced the pump and diverter which fixed the fault. Great service from A1.

Very poor customer service, we have had massive issues with this company and the low standard of work they have done leaving us with a new heating system that doesnt work. All Justin Sinclair, the so called director can do is shout and swear down the phone when asked the simplest question, obviously educated well and likes to leave reviews on his own company misleading people. Lets see what trading standards and legals can do to assist, avoid this company to save yourself a headache
