Rented with parkway for just over two years and allways found them to incredably easy to work with. Having previously had issues with lack lustre estate agents who were slow to deal with major issues, the speed with which parkway dealt with minor maintenance issues was a welcome change (we usually saw Mick the maintenance guy within a day or so). Inspections and viewing where allways worked around us.Both at the start and finish or our tenancy with them they arranged with the previous tenant and the land lord to change our move in and out day to make it easier for us (they worked with the previous tank and to get us in a couple days earlier to coincide with our move out from previous flat and asked an extension from land lord to give us more time to search for a new home).All in all me and my wife really go on well with parkway and were a little bit sad to leave them.
