Flooded ticket hall and passage way to platforms. However gold stars to the local fire brigade for use of wheelchairs and luggage trolley to ferry passengers thro the flood waters.

The customer service is shocking, asked a simple question and was given attitude for double checking by a lady wearing a customer service jacket. Rude and unhelpful sums it up.
