Hands down the best vets we have ever used. We moved around a lot before we settled in Didcot and visited a number of vets. Larkmead are the first ones that really cared about our cat and really made us feel welcome. The reception staff and vets are super helpful and friendly and i've never felt that they have over charged for any of our visits. On our last occasion, i stressed there must have been a mistake because it was so cheap (it was correct). cannot rate them any higher
Great vets with big hearts that deal well with worried pet owners. Wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else. Found by convenience but stayed because of fab service and deeply caring staff. Your pet couldnt be in better hands .
Terrible vets, rude staff, cares about the money more than the animals, talked down to over the phone because they believed that we had 'money issues' and told us that they did not trust us. Would not recommend if you care about your pets well-being. Absolutely disgusting.
